Human Rights Commitment Statement
At Lucent Financial Planning, we are committed to respecting human rights, protecting the dignity of individuals and treating people fairly throughout our business operations.
Our commitment is guided by the following internationally recognised frameworks:
- UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs): We are committed to respecting human rights and seeking to prevent or address adverse human rights impacts connected with our business activities.
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR): We recognise and respect the fundamental rights, freedoms, equality and dignity of all people.
- International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work: We support freedom of association and the effective recognition of collective bargaining, the elimination of forced labour and child labour, the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation, and a safe and healthy working environment.
We are committed to treating our employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders with dignity, fairness and respect.
We aim to identify, prevent and address human rights risks associated with our business activities and relevant business relationships. We expect our employees and business partners to act consistently with these principles and applicable human rights and labour standards.
We will review this commitment periodically to ensure it remains relevant to our business and our responsibilities.
