Position Overview
You’ve got one life, and you spend a LOT of it at work. At Lucent, we believe that work should be meaningful, fast‑moving and genuinely impactful - for you, and for the clients whose lives we help shape.
We are looking for an exceptional Chartered Paraplanner to play a senior, influential role at the very heart of our advice process. This is not a back‑office position. This role is about technical knowledge, pace and presence - bringing our advice to life through outstanding technical knowledge, clarity and confidence.
You will be the face of Lucent’s advice proposition, setting the standard for how high‑quality, compliant and client‑centred advice is delivered. Working at speed and with precision, you will lead on new business and complex cases, producing suitability reports that are technically robust and genuinely personal.
We’re looking for a Chartered Paraplanner who is comfortable being visible. This role goes beyond writing reports. You’ll be trusted to explain complex technical matters clearly - to advisers, colleagues, third parties and, at times, directly to clients - helping people fully understand what matters and why. You won’t sit on the fence. You’ll help move decisions forward, combining technical excellence with pace, practicality, and a strong sense of client care.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a high‑standards, high‑trust environment, who enjoys working at pace, and who takes pride inbeing known for their technical credibility, judgement and impact.
You will be Chartered and want to play a visible and influential role in a growing financial planning firm.
